How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who will you actually talk to?
You will talk to an independent tree provider in our network. Kidswordsmyth Tree Service is the connection, not the crew. Each provider runs their own business, sets their own prices and schedules their own jobs.
What happens after you reach out?
First, you share a few details through the form. Where is the tree? How big is it? Is anything damaged or at risk? Next, we pass your request to a provider who works in your area. Then the provider contacts you to talk it over, and often to arrange a visit to look at the tree.
If you prefer a conversation, Request a callback to check provider availability. Call hours vary by provider.
What should you ask a provider?
Good questions make for good decisions. Try these:
- Are you licensed and insured for tree work where I live?
- Can I see a written quote that lists every step?
- Does the price include cleanup and hauling away the wood?
- How will you protect my roof, lawn and driveway?
- Can you grind the stump, and is that priced separately?
- Can you help document damage if I need to file an insurance claim?
- How do you handle the work around my family's schedule?
Are you in control?
Yes, always. Requesting an estimate is not a contract. You can compare quotes, ask for more details or say no thanks. Take your time unless a tree is a danger, in which case say so right away so the provider knows to check availability quickly.
