How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Kidswordsmyth Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Kidswordsmyth Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If there is a problem with tree work at your property, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Kidswordsmyth Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@kidswordsmyth.buzz and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
