Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use kidswordsmyth.buzz. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Role Is Referral Only

Kidswordsmyth Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. Any work at your property is done by an independent provider, never by Kidswordsmyth Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Just General Information

The content on this site is general in nature. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every tree and property is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About the Cost Figures

Prices shown here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They shift with the job, location, tree size, access and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision, so ask your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and damaged structures. Do not take risks. Keep away from downed lines and phone your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Kidswordsmyth Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of This Site

We try to keep the information here correct and up to date. Still, we do not warrant that it is complete or has no mistakes.
